Sheet pan chicken with vegetables uses fresh ingredients pantry staples for a delicious meal. Make this recipe tonight in just under an hour!
Ingredients
- 4 Chicken Breast
- ½ Red Onion
- 2 cups Broccoli
- 1 ½ cup Cherry Tomato
- 5 Garlic Cloves
- 1 Whole Zucchini
- 1 tablespoon Salt
- 1 tablespoon Pepper
- 1 tablespoon Paprika
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450° and place foil over a large sheet pan
- Slice the zucchini, red onion, garlic cloves and then cube the chicken
- Place all veggies and chicken onto the pan and cover with olive oil then season
- Place in the oven and bake for 25 minutes
- Once the chicken is fully cooked, remove the pan and distribute into containers
