Thanksgiving Leftover Breakfast Hash Meal Prep Idea
Thanksgiving leftovers breakfast hash is a warm and hearty breakfast that uses leftover Thanksgiving ham, sweet potatoes and stuffing
Here are the leftover items I used for this breakfast hash:
– Sweet potatoes
– Ham
– Stuffing
– Eggs
Reheating this dish is quick and easy. I baked the casserole at 350 degrees, but I could see you baking at a higher temp to get the eggs cooked quicker.
Also, I started with Sweet potatoes at the bottom, but you could probably do stuffing at the bottom to make the base a little more firm.
How to Store Thanksgiving Leftovers:
Leftovers should be cooled down as quickly as possible. Pack them into several shallow Foodsaver® meal prep containers rather than one large one, and make sure you don’t stack the containers in the refrigerator (this can trap the heat). To help extend the life of these leftover, use the Foodsaver® Handheld Vacuum to get all the air out of the containers.
