It’s easy to make, it’s healthy, it’s delicious, and it will take the guesswork out of your morning breakfast routine. My current breakfast go-to is, Vanilla Greek yogurt + homemade granola. My other favorite breakfast ideas are these these three easy parfaits.

How to Store Homemade Granola:
Double this batch, set aside what you’ll use for this week, and vacuum seal the rest and save it for up to four weeks. I use the FoodSaver® VS3110 and the vacuum zipper bags for vacuum storage.

Easy Homemade Granola
Learn how to make your own granola at home! Feel free to customize this recipe with your favorite nuts, seeds, and dried fruit.
Ingredients
- 2 cups whole rolled oats
- 1/3 cup almonds, chopped
- 3 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp cocoa nibs
Instructions
- Add all the dry items into a medium size mixing bowl, and gently mix together
- Add the honey into the bowl and fold that into the dry mix, until everything is lightly coated
- Spread out on a small baking sheet, into an even layer
- Cook for 20 minutes at 350 degrees, or until golden brown
